This weekend I went up to Echo, Oregon, for mountain bike racing at the annual Echo Red To Red XC race. It was 31 miles of mountain biking, with 2900 ft. of elevation gain. The individuals from Echo have cut some super cool trails out there and the race has been happening for almost 20 years!

The final events of the 2024 Fort De Soto Triathlon are in August and September. The Florida Tri Series encompasses four distinct race dates and is a favorite for Florida’s triathlon community.
