Join us at the Teddy Bear Ride in Safety Harbor on Nov. 18
Join Matt Scarborough, Leo “Open Water Swim” Briceno, and dozens of cyclists at Safety Harbor Waterfront Park for a ride supporting the prevention of child abuse.
Date: Saturday November 18, World Day for the Prevention of Child Abuse
Time: 8am-11am
Location: Safety Harbor Waterfront Park, 105 Veteran's Memorial Lane, Safety Harbor, FL, United States, Florida
Please bring: 5-10 teddy bears or friendly stuffed animals (NEW) which will be donated to law enforcement and used when they encounter potential victims of child abuse.
Bicycle ride and route details:
This is a friendly ride where it will be 20-22 miles approximately at a controlled pace.
We will ride from the Safety Harbor area to the Scarborough Bicycle Accident’s Law’s office located at Rocky Point. Once there, we will have a nice breakfast, gather all the teddy bears, take a picture with law enforcement, and give them the teddy bears and stuffed animals. Around 10:00am we will head back to Safety Harbor.
Thanks in advanced from Matt and Leo and all the children that will benefit from your generosity! More info is on Facebook Events.
